Claim to attract participants for the second edition of Abestu, a citizen participation programme where amateur singers have the opportunity to take to the stage with the Euskadiko Orkestra in auditoriums in Donostia, Bilbao and Pamplona. The initiative is being developed under the umbrella of Artis+.
