The Festival Academy | Uncommon Spaces: Centre & Periphery
Round table of the Atelier for Young Festival Managers held in Donostia / San Sebastián from 11 to 17 March 2025, organised by The Festival Academy, an initiative of the European Festival Association (EFA), in collaboration with dFERIA-Feria de Artes Escénicas, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and Donostia Kultura.
The Atelier brought together 47 emerging festival creators and 20 festival and cross-sectoral experts from 45 different countries in a 7-day programme designed to foster an inclusive global conversation and critical reflection between festival managers from different artistic disciplines, backgrounds, generations and social environments on the role that arts, culture and festivals can play in a rapidly changing world.
